Hello Dear. You are having a condition called vertebro basillar insufficiency.

The vertebrobasilar arterial system is located at the back of your brain and includes the vertebral and basilar arteries. These arteries supply blood, oxygen, and nutrients to vital brain structures.

You need to consult a physician.

Your doctor can recommend several different treatment options depending on the severity of your symptoms. They will also recommend lifestyle changes, including:

1. quitting smoking if you smoke
2. changing your diet to control cholesterol levels
3. losing weight if you’re overweight or obese
4. becoming more active

Additionally, your doctor may prescribe medications to help reduce your risk of permanent damage or stroke. These medications may:

1. control blood pressure
2. control diabetes
3. reduce cholesterol levels
4. thin your blood
5. reduce coagulation of your blood

In some cases, your doctor may recommend surgery to restore blood flow to the back of the brain. Bypass surgery or an endarterectomy are also options. An endarterectomy removes plaque from the affected artery.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
